We need to protect these magnificent animals. President Obama made them a National Symbol! What a way to treat them. It's disgusting.

  Agreed. It's all down to ranching interests - they cry 'brucellosis risk' but there has never been a recorded case of disease transfer from bison. And now trophy hunters are killing white buffalo.
